How to Export Your CaptivAite 1.0 Magic Before It Retires (& replaced by CaptivAite Wiz 2.0)

CaptivAite Wiz 1.0 is officially retiring this Saturday (cue sad violin, digital tears, and a montage of all those juicy captions you co-wrote together 😢).

But don’t panic—we planned ahead. If you already have a BRAND ID, this is optional for you, no need to do this, you can just simply use the BRAND ID I made for you or that you made yourself with BRAND ID WIZ

If you don't have one, then read on.....

If you’ve been vibing with CaptivAite 1.0 for a while now, chances are she knows you, your brand, your tone, your storytelling style, and maybe even your signature “voice sauce.” And you probably don’t want to start from scratch with CaptivAite 2.0.

That’s why I created a simple but powerful way for you to export your brilliance from CaptivAite 1.0… so you can import it directly into CaptivAite 2.0 and keep all that context alive. 💾

🚨 What’s Happening?

  • CaptivAite Wiz 2.0 is already live (and smarter than ever).

  • CaptivAite Wiz 1.0 will be retired this Saturday.

  • After that, you won’t be able to retrieve data from your old chat history. Your chats will still be there but she will no longer be able to reply.

  • So if you want to keep all the genius you and 1.0 created together… now’s the time.

🪄 The “Memory File” Method (How to Transfer Your Context)

I've created a powerful prompt you can drop into your longest-running CaptivAite 1.0 chat. It tells her to gather everything she knows about you—your brand, tone, style, offers, content vibes—and turn it into a detailed document you can reuse inside CaptivAite 2.0.

🪄 Copy + Paste This Prompt into CaptivAite 1.0 (Use Your Longest Chat Thread!)

Please review all of my previous chats and conversations with you.

I want you to create a detailed, structured summary of everything you've learned about me, my brand, my writing style, and the content I like to create.

This summary will be used to help onboard a new version of you (CaptivAite 2.0), so it should include as much insight, nuance, and specificity as possible.

Organize the summary into the following sections:

  1. Brand Overview

  • What my brand is about

  • Who it serves

  • My mission, message, and positioning

  • Core values or themes that come through in my content

  1. Tone of Voice & Writing Style

  • How I speak to my audience

  • My tone and energy (e.g. bold, cheeky, poetic, raw, empowering, spiritual, irreverent)

  • Recurring phrases or stylistic signatures

  • Sentence structure and rhythm preferences

  1. Storytelling Style

  • The types of stories I tend to tell

  • Patterns or frameworks I use (e.g. open loops, rants, metaphors, mini-memoirs)

  • How I structure content emotionally and narratively

  1. Offers, Products, or Services

  • What I’ve mentioned or promoted

  • How I describe or position them

  • Who they’re for

  • Any naming conventions or taglines used

  1. Content Preferences

  • Platforms I focus on

  • Types of content I create (e.g. carousels, captions, reels, long-form posts)

  • My favorite angles, hooks, or themes

  1. Writing Samples
Include a few representative examples or excerpts of my writing from past convos that showcase my voice and vibe.

Bonus (Optional):
If you notice anything else that feels important—like how I like to teach, sell, or express myself—feel free to include that too.

This is meant to be a “memory file” for CaptivAite 2.0 so it can hit the ground running with all my context. Please be as elaborate, specific, and detailed as possible. Don’t just summarize—capture the essence.

Ready when you are, go ahead.

Once you drop the prompt into CaptivAite 1.0, she’ll generate a full brand briefing you can save and re-upload anytime you chat with CaptivAite 2.0.

💡 Why This Matters

AI doesn't have permanent memory. Even CaptivAite 2.0 can only remember the last 10,000–20,000 words of a conversation before it starts forgetting. (Token limits, y’all.)

If you’ve been using the same thread for a while, a lot of your best stuff might already be buried.

And here’s the truth a lot of people avoid: If you don’t give your AI context, it will default to generic. The quality of what you get out is directly tied to what you feed it. Don’t let your comfort or habit stop you from dropping in your Brand ID, Bizmap Cheat Sheet, or writing samples. It takes 5 seconds to upload a file—but the payoff is massive. Better inputs = better outputs. Every time.

That's why I always recommend you:

  • Save important convos

  • Use a Brand ID or Bizmap Cheat Sheet

  • Drop them into your chat when needed for context

And now—with this export prompt—you can keep your brand memory intact moving forward.

BizMap was built for exactly this, for you to have a solid foundation for working with these amazing bots and it comes as a bonus with ANY of my bots. Doesn't cost a cent extra.
Answer 10 questions once, generate your custom brand sheet, save the file, and drop it into CaptivAite 2.0 whenever you start a fresh chat. That’s it. You don’t need to re-explain your niche. You don’t need to retype your style or story.

If you wanna take it to the next level, there is the BRAND ID service (me doing your brand id for you from scratch) or the Brand ID Wiz bot where you can do it yourself and have the flexibility to tweak it whenever/if you pivot.

✅ TL;DR – What To Do Now

  1. Go to your longest CaptivAite 1.0 chat

  2. Drop in the prompt above.

  3. Save the response as a doc (Microsoft Word)

  4. Upload it into CaptivAite 2.0 along with your Brand ID or Bizmap

  5. Breathe easy knowing your brilliance lives on

📌 You’ve got until Saturday. After that, 1.0 says goodbye.

This is your chance to lock in everything you’ve created so far and give CaptivAite 2.0 the full download of you—your vibe, your voice, your vision.

Any questions? I’m one click away.

Stay brilliant,

xx, Cat Skillwiz
