All Sales Are Final – No Refunds, No Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of my products and the custom work involved in my services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • AI bots (Premium or standalone)
  • Brand ID services
  • 1:1 strategy sessions or consulting calls
  • Online courses, workshops, trainings, and programs
  • Pre-sale and early bird offers
  • Any product or service purchased on a payment plan
  • Design & Web design services

Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable—regardless of whether the product is accessed or the service is completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to completing all scheduled payments in full. Payment plans are offered as a courtesy to make select offers more accessible—not as a subscription or trial.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

Immediate loss of access to products or services

A hold placed on your account

Referral to a collections agency, if necessary

No partial refunds will be issued for incomplete payment plans, and no exceptions will be made for non-participation.

While every effort is made to provide valuable tools, strategy, and guidance, results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your implementation, consistency, and commitment. Any testimonials or examples shared are not promises of specific outcomes.

Many of my digital products, AI bots, and trainings include immediate access to proprietary tools, downloads, prompts, or recordings that cannot be “returned” once delivered.

For live calls, workshops, or trainings, your registration reserves a seat that cannot be reassigned after purchase. Space is limited, and late dropouts impact planning and delivery for everyone.
