As the provider of these MRR Products, I, Cat B at SkillWiz, am not responsible for any future earnings, profits, or losses you may experience as a result of reselling these products. There's no guarantee of specific income or success.
Content and Quality
I strive to offer high-quality MRR Products, but I don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of their content. It's your responsibility to review, edit, and ensure the products meet the necessary standards before you resell them.
Liabilities
SkillWiz, operated by me, Cat B, holds no liability for any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes that arise from your use, resale, or distribution of the MRR Products. You assume full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may occur.
Termination
I reserve the right to terminate your license to resell SkillWiz's MRR Products if you're found not complying with these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all distribution of the products.
Modification of Terms
I may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It's your responsibility to regularly review these terms for any updates.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SkillWiz operates. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of these courts.
